I've used it, it's so easy, wonderful, heated up quickly, was quite. The floor looks so nice and clean. I've very pleased with my purchase. Looked up all the reviews and then decided on this brand, because of the reviews. It's all everyone said it was. Very glad I purchased this product.

This unit works OK overall. It is good on hardwoods, you can see a difference in minutes. Tile floors is not as good, in my experience. It's not terrible, just OK with tile. I would say it's a 4 out of 5 on Hardwood floors and a 2.5 out of 5 on tile.
It is very easy to set up and use and I would buy it again, you just need to know your needs and set you expectations accordingly. Overall, it is a good unit.

I was very excited to get this product as I try to be very conscientious about the environment, not using chemicals is the right direction to go. I filled the enviro-steamer with water and waited for steam. What I got was a soaking wet pad. Using this item was just like getting a very large towel soaking wet and pushing it around the floor. The floor was left soaking wet. I heard the heating unit working but I saw very little steam. I slowly moved my hand from the side of the unit to under the unit and there was very little heat. I do not know if the unit I got was defective, but I am very disappointed as I really was looking forward to using this product. I will return it and I am very hesitant to try again. Did I have a bad unit? Are the good reviews for real? The concept is so appealing to me I am not sure what to do at this point.

This was my second adventure in purchasing a steam cleaner and I am happy to say it will be my last. A year ago I purchased a Bissell Steam Mop and although it initially was okay, it left a little too much water on my floors, I kept using it because it was better than the Swiffer on my hard woods. Then about a month ago the machine completely pooped out on me an basically started leaking water all over the place. I knew I wanted another steam mop and read reviews for all of them, kept notes and checked with friends and I settled on the Enviro Steamer. I was giddy with excitement when it showed up, I put it together and used it within 15 minutes after I brought it in the house! The first thing I loved about it was it's size, it was twice as big as the Bissell, which was great for me since I have about 1,000 sq.ft. of hard wood floors. The second thing that I loved was a little feature, it came with a tray to place the steamer on (when heating up and while hot), which doesn't seem like a big thing but I had to carry around a cookie sheet with the Bissell so I didn't burn the floor! The biggest and best feature is the cleaning, it made my floors clean and so smooth I had forgotten how fun wearing socks was, seriously, I could glide across them and no dirty socks! Plus the steam is obviously more powerful on the Enviro Steamer because my floors are dry almost immediately, so no streaks and no worrying about leaving wet footprints when I walk back over spots I just cleaned. Yea, I really, really LOVE my Enviro Steamer!
